Our superior, light and airy, superking / twin en-suite bedrooms are beautifully decorated and stylishly furnished. Both offer a comfortable place to sit to enjoy the stunning sea views of Cardigan Bay and the Dyfi Estuary.
These beautifully decorated standard en-suite rooms have either a superking or king size Hypnos bed to ensure you get a comfortable night's sleep. They overlook the rear of the property, including our small secluded garden.
Our lower ground, tastefully decorated and well equipped self-catering apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge area with a cosy dining table for 2 and one beautiful en-suite bedroom. It is the ideal place for couples to relax with it's excellent location near to the village amenities and the beach. (Minimum stay 3 nights).
We are Colin and Philippa, who own and operate our B&B and self catering apartment, which is ideally located on the seafront in the beautiful village of Aberdyfi in Snowdonia National Park.
In 2015 we made a daring decision to change the direction of our lives! The search was on and we knew our chosen path would lead us to Aberdyfi, which holds a special place in our hearts. We found the perfect place in our beautiful seafront property and using our combined skills, we decided to renovate this building and establish our B&B.
From the moment you arrive, you are sure to be warmly welcomed! Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we hope you feel right at home during your time with us. After a good night's sleep, we will freshly prepare your breakfast, offering a range of home cooked dishes including a full "Welsh" breakfast. With vegetarian and vegan options available, there is something for everyone.
Daily house-keeping is offered, so your room is always fresh when you return from your activities. Off-site parking is available.
Awel-Y-Mor is in a wonderful seafront location within the village of Aberdovey and it is an ideal base if you want to explore the Snowdonia National Park and the local attractions. The local village has all the amenities that are within walking distance from the property such as:
